Gerrard Fisher

Co-Founder & EPR Nerd

Driven by a passion for creating meaningful industry change, Gerrard has designed and led many groundbreaking projects in resource efficiency, ecodesign, sustainability, and circular business change. 

 

His track record in producer responsibility and product assessment means he’s well-placed to balance the data, evidence, and sector needs. Gerrard advises UK, EU, and US governments on resource efficiency and ecodesign.

Heather Delaney

Administration

UAL alumna and former fashion buyer for brands like Ralph Lauren and Mothercare, now founder of Recrea VA and Recrea Ltd, supporting sustainable fashion and start-ups. She also lectures at London College of Fashion, sharing her industry expertise with the next generation.

Kristina is committed to helping businesses thrive. With deep expertise in implementing circular business models and crafting sustainability strategies, she understands the commercial impacts and business needs. 

 

Her approach ensures whole-business engagement, driving both sustainability and profitability. Kristina is known for her ability to get things done while keeping

clients in the loop.

Dr Kate Baker

EPR Technical Manager

Kate joined WEFT in 2025 as EPR Technical Manager, bringing expertise in garment durability and circular fashion systems. She recently completed her PhD at the University of Leeds, researching how garment durability can be measured and improved to support a circular textile economy.

At WEFT, Kate focuses on developing data-driven approaches to integrate durability into Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), helping encourage longer-lasting garments and more sustainable product design.
